If the issue is an emergency or there is immediate danger, please call 911 for emergencies or for non emergencies call 828-387-2342 for Police Dispatch. If the issue is urgent (for example, a water leak), please call and speak to the appropriate department. For non-emergencies, you may send us a report using this form.

Note that our Town staff prioritizes requests based on urgency and incorporates requests with ongoing departmental work flow.
